Why Scouting?

For more than 100 years, Scouting has helped youth develop academic skills, self-confidence, ethics, leadership skills, and citizenship skills that influence their adult lives.

About Troop 183

Troop 183 is actually two Scouts BSA troops--one for boys and one for girls--chartered by the Rotary Club of Southside Corpus Christi. Both Troop 183G and Troop 183B have very active programs throughout the year.

Meetings

Troop 183G and Troop 183B meet every Tuesday evenings at 7:00pm at the Asbury United Methodist Church. Please click here for Upcoming Events.
